Summary of day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 Begin your safari with a scheduled overnight flight from London to Maun in Botswana.
Day 2 Spend a night at a lodge overlooking the Thamalakane River on the outskirts of Maun before your Botswana safari starts.
Day 3 A light aircraft flight over the Okavango Delta takes you to the private Nxabega reserve and your safari camp there.
Day 4 Spend your time seeking wildlife on drives or gliding through the Delta's waterways by mokoro (dug-out canoe) and motorboat.
Day 5 A flight takes you on to Khwai in the northeast corner of Botswana's Moremi Game Reserve and your safari camp.
Day 6 Today's adventure takes you along wildlife routes that run beside Khwai River and around the floodplains.
Day 7 It's a full-day's game drive to Savuti with plenty of interesting terrain and wildlife species to see on the way.
Day 8 Savuti is one of Africa's most famous big-game safari areas, especially renowned for elephant and lion.
Day 9 Another long game drive takes your camping safari to northern Botswana and the Chobe River.
Day 10 Watch herds of elephant and buffalo drink from the Chobe River from a safari vehicle or a boat.
Day 11 Hop across to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe where you spend a night at the lovely Elephant Camp.
Day 12 After a leisurely breakfast you transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight home after your safari adventure.
Day 13 Arrive home with memories of new friends and wonderful wildlife adventures in Botswana.
