Summary of day-by-day itinerary

The trip price excludes flights. Wild about Africa can arrange flights originating from the UK or within Africa on request; please ask us about these. If you are travelling from somewhere other than the UK, we ask that you arrange your own international flights at least as far as Johannesburg in South Africa. We can assist with flights between Johannesburg and Windhoek, Kasane or Victoria Falls on request.

Day 1 Overnight in a comfortable guesthouse in one of Windhoek's leafy suburbs where you can relax.
Day 2 Drive north to Okonjima, the home of the AfriCat Foundation, where you might see cheetah and leopard.
Day 3 Visit Hoba Meteorite on your way deep into Bushmanland and your first night camping.
Day 4 Head into the remote and wild Khaudum National Park and your first wildlife safari.
Day 5 Spend the day exploring this magical region of Namibia and seeking out wildlife on your camping safari.
Day 6 Through the Caprivi to Mahango Reserve and a lodge on the banks of the Kavango River; visit a village en route.
Day 7 Safari through Mahango Game Reserve, with luck you might spot game not usually seen in other parts of Namibia.
Day 8 A relatively easy drive through the Caprivi Strip to the lovely Lianshulu Lodge in Mudumu National Park.
Day 9 Safari drives and a boat cruise spotting wildlife in Mudumu National Parks, which received few visitors.
Day 10 Transfer through Chobe and onto a House Boat which cruises the Chobe and Zambezi rivers.
Day 11 Spend a relaxing day spotting wildlife, bird watching or trying a spot of fishing.
Day 12 Transfer to Kasane Airport or Victoria Falls Airport for your flight home.
