Summary of day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 Take an overnight flight from London to Namibia, travelling via Johannesburg.
Day 2 Spend a leisurely afternoon strolling through the centre of Windhoek or relaxing after your flight.
Day 3 Overnight at the foot of the Waterberg Plateau which towers 400 metres above the surrounding plains.
Day 4 Drive through interesting landscapes to reach Etosha National Park for your first safari drive seeking wildlife.
Day 5 Drive across the game park, discovering interesting animal sightings and splendid views of the Etosha salt pan.
Day 6 Camp in Etosha National Park where the wildlife viewing continues after night fall at a spot-lit waterhole.
Day 7 Travel to Namibia's remote Kunene River to camp near the Epupa Falls on Namibia's northern border.
Day 8 Take a walk beside the falls and visit a nearby Himba village where you gain an insight to their culture and traditions.
Day 9 Pass through picturesque rocky desert scenery to the stay near the historic Fort Sesfontein.
Day 10 Stop at Twyfelfontein, a gallery of ancient bushman rock art in the scenic Damaraland area, before camping nearby.
Day 11 Visit Cape Cross seal colony on Namibia's Skeleton Coast on the way to the pleasant seaside town of Swakopmund.
Day 12 A full day in Swakopmund allows you to relax, explore or try one of the various desert adventure activities on offer.
Day 13 Drive through deeply incised canyons en route to your campsite near the Namib Desert's renowned Sossusvlei region.
Day 14 Rise before dawn to make the most of the soft morning light for magical photo opportunities of Sossusvlei's tall desert dunes.
Day 15 Travel through more stunning scenery to return to Windhoek in time for your afternoon flight home.
