Lodge Safaris

For the advantages of guided safaris, but without the camping consider one of our lodge safaris to Africa. You will be driven around by a professional guide, staying in en suite rooms and tents at a mixture of welcoming guest farms, small lodges and safari camps.

Your safari guide will be able to introduce you to insights about the country and what you see as you travel - including a great deal about the flora, fauna and local cultures. Your guide will stay with you, joining you during your meals at each lodge when you will have time to chat over the day's safari experiences together.

The lodges used on our lodge safaris may vary in style; sometimes they are small and intimate with lovely food and great service; occasionally they are larger hotel-style lodges used for their location. A few of the lodge safaris we offer spend time at luxury tented safari camps with stylish fittings and en-suite bathrooms. These are often located in private reserves thus offering an almost exclusive wilderness experience. Whatever style of lodge you stay at on our safaris, you can usually expect cleanliness, comfort and a warm welcome.
